ONE WAVE FESTIVAL Presented by Pacific Peoples’ Partnership Thursday August 21st Sunday August 24th Thursday August 28th Wednesday, November 26th Imagine a wave born in the Southern Ocean winter storm centres off Antarctica, sweeping across the Pacific, touching every Pacific Island before rising as a swell to be eagerly greeted by BC's wave riding community. The Pacific Ocean has provided the economic lifeblood of communities along our coast since long before the arrival of Europeans. It has also been the source of inspiration for vibrant cultures of creative people who inhabit the islands of Coastal BC. This is the One Wave Festival and we invite you to join us for the celebration of shared waves, currents and the power of this vast ocean that we are blessed to live next to! With Music, Dance, Fire, Art, Comedy, Workshops, Markets, burlesque, tasty treats, and many more secret, yet to be disclosed happenin’s!
